VERAIMAA HINESVILLE LLC is looking for an energetic and dependable Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning operations in Hinesville, GA. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily breakfast service operations, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and presentation
- Supervise, motivate, and support breakfast team members to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Manage breakfast buffet or line setup, replenishment, and breakdown
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the dining and kitchen areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts reliably and consistently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Food handler's certification or ServSafe certification is a plus
